Tyre changer, 26", fast inflation system

Description

Tire changer machine with a tilting mounting column, helper arms, and digital tire inflator gun. The machine comes with numerous accessories that simplify work, saving additional expenses for the buyer. Accessories include rim protectors, plastic mount/demount head protectors, edge protectors, brush, tire mounting paste, and more.

Ideal for tire service workshops, home users, and as an additional unit for automotive repair shops. Thanks to special design features (tilting column) and helper arms (horizontal roller, bead pressing device, etc.), mounting special and run-flat tires has never been easier.

In addition, a blast tank has been installed on the rear side of the machine. This tank assists in seating the tyre onto the rim by delivering a high-volume air blast. This function is activated by fully depressing the tyre inflator pedal. When the pedal is pressed all the way down, the machine opens a valve, allowing compressed air from the blast tank to discharge at high velocity through the nozzles located behind the clamping jaws. The sudden air surge forces the tyre bead to snap into its correct position on the rim. This machine also requires an operating pressure of 8 bar and lubrication oil supplied through the pneumatic system.

Operating Instructions

1. Unscrew and remove the valve from the tire, fully deflating it.
2. Use the pneumatic bead breaker lever on the side of the tire changer to separate the tire bead from the rim. Rotate and repeat until tire is completely detached from rim.
3. The bead breaker lever includes plastic edge protectors to avoid damage to delicate alloy wheels.
4. Apply the supplied mounting paste generously to both sides of the tire using the provided brush.
5. Clamp the rim on the machine's table either by internal or external edges. Use plastic jaw protectors for alloy rims to prevent damage.
6. The machine’s mounting column can tilt back pneumatically, allowing easier tire placement.
7. The rapid inflation function means that air outlets are located next to the clamping jaws of the tyre changer. These outlets deliver a sudden burst of high-pressure air, which forces the tyre bead back onto the rim.
8. Position the mounting head near the rim, and pneumatically lock it into place by pressing the yellow button on the mounting column.
9. The mounting head features two plastic inserts designed to protect rims from scratches.
10. Once the head is positioned, use the supplied tire lever to lift the tire bead over the mounting head.
11. Snap the accessory rim protector onto the rim to avoid scratches caused by the tire lever on alloy wheels.
12. Use the rotating table to demount the tire from the rim.
13. Repeat the same procedure from step 7 for the inner side.

The helper arm, with its bead press and horizontal roller, significantly assists in mounting run-flat, reinforced sidewall, or low-profile tires.
