Consumer Warranty (Private Customers)
Conformity Warranty
Under EU law, all products come with a minimum 2-year conformity warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and any non-conformity with the product description.
Mandatory Warranty (Jótállás)
In Hungary, products above certain price thresholds are covered by additional mandatory warranty (jótállás) under Government Decree 151/2003, with duration based on gross purchase price.

Price thresholds are based on gross (VAT-inclusive) purchase price per unit.
Repair Rights
Business Warranty (Company Purchases)
For business-to-business (B2B) purchases, EU consumer protection directives do not apply. Company orders receive a 12-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
How to Claim Warranty
- Log in to your account and go to your warranty cards to find the product.
- Click "Report a Problem" on the warranty card and describe the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and contact you within 2 business days.
