Description

Wheel mounting machine equipped with tilting column, auxiliary arms, and analogue stand-mounted tyre inflator gun. Leverless tyre changer machine, whose uniquely designed mounting head easily slips between the rim and tyre, efficiently lifting it. The machine comes with a variety of accessories, simplifying workflow and saving extra expenditures for buyers. Included accessories are, for example: rim edge protectors, mounting head protectors, brush, tyre mounting paste, etc.

Recommended for tyre workshops and automotive repair shops. Due to the special design (tilting column), auxiliary arms (horizontal rollers, bead press, etc.), and unique mounting head, this device is particularly suitable for mounting specialised and run-flat tyres.

Tyre Changer Machine Operation:

1. Unscrew and remove the valve from the tyre, completely deflating it.
2. The pneumatic bead breaker on the side of the tyre changer pushes against the tyre, separating it from the rim. Rotate and repeat until the tyre is fully detached from the rim.
3. The plastic bead breaker cover protects sensitive alloy rims from damage during operation.
4. Use the supplied brush and tyre mounting paste to generously lubricate both sides of the tyre.
5. Secure the rim onto the machine's table, either internally or externally. Use supplied plastic jaw protectors for alloy rims to prevent damage.
6. The machine's mounting head column is pneumatically tiltable backward, which facilitates easy tyre placement.
7. After aligning the mounting head properly with the rim, fix it pneumatically by pressing the yellow button located on the mounting head column.
8. The two plastic protectors on the mounting head shield the rim from scratches during use.
9. Once the head is secured, pneumatically move the mounting head between the rim and tyre, lifting the tyre onto the head.
10. Rotate the table to dismantle the tyre from the rim, with rotation speed continuously adjustable via pedal control.
11. Repeat the process starting from step 7 on the rim's inner side as well.

The bead pressing system and horizontal rollers on the auxiliary arm greatly assist in remounting tyres, especially run-flat, reinforced sidewall, or low-profile tyres.
