1. Statutory Warranty (Conformity Guarantee)
Under EU Consumer Rights legislation, you are entitled to a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. This means the seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery.
Under the statutory warranty, you may:
- Request repair or replacement of the product.
- If repair/replacement is not possible: request a price reduction or full refund.
Important: Within the first 12 months after delivery, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery (burden of proof on the seller). After 12 months, the consumer must prove the defect existed at delivery.
2. Manufacturer Guarantee vs. Statutory Warranty
The statutory warranty is your legal right against the seller. A manufacturer guarantee is a voluntary commitment by the manufacturer and exists alongside the statutory warranty. Manufacturer guarantee terms vary by product.
3. Hungarian Mandatory Warranty
As our company is based in Hungary, certain products are subject to the Hungarian mandatory warranty under Regulation 10/2024 (VIII. 22.) IM:

This mandatory warranty applies only to consumers (B2C) and covers product categories listed in Annex 1 of the regulation.
4. Repair Rules
- Repairs must be completed within 30 days of receiving the claim.
- After 3 failed repair attempts, the consumer may request replacement or refund.
- The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair.
