Description

Tyre changer with tiltable mounting column, assist arms, and analogue stand-mounted tyre inflator gun. The machine comes with numerous accessories, enhancing convenience and significantly reducing additional expenses for customers. Included accessories are, for example: plastic rim protectors, mounting head guards, bead lever protection, brush, tyre mounting paste, and more.

Recommended for tyre shops and automotive repair workshops. Thanks to its special design (tiltable column) and assist arms (horizontal rollers, bead press, etc.), installation of special profile, run-flat, and reinforced sidewall tyres is easier.

Operation of the Tyre Changer Machine

1. Unscrew and remove the valve from the tyre to fully release air pressure.
2. The pneumatic bead breaker arm located at the side presses the tyre bead, separating the tyre from the rim. Rotate the wheel and repeat the process until the entire bead separates from the rim.
3. The bead breaker arm includes a plastic bead breaking protection insert to prevent damage to delicate alloy rims.
4. Among the accessories provided, use the brush and tyre mounting paste to generously lubricate both sides of the tyre bead before removal or installation.
5. Secure the rim on the tyre changer's turntable either internally or externally. Use the supplied plastic clamp protectors especially with alloy wheels to avoid scratches.
6. The mounting head support column on the tyre changer machine can be pneumatically tilted back, facilitating tyre placement.
7. After adjusting the mounting head position to the rim, firmly lock it pneumatically by pressing the yellow button located on the mounting column.
8. The two plastic components on the mounting head prevent rim surface damage during operation.
9. After the mounting head is securely set, use the provided tyre lever accessory to lift the tyre bead onto the mounting head.
10. Attach the supplied plastic rim protector onto the rim edge to avoid scratches caused by the tyre lever, especially on sensitive alloy rims.
11. Rotate the turntable to remove the tyre from the rim.
12. Repeat the process on the opposite side of the rim starting from step 7.

The bead pressing tool and horizontal rollers on the assist arm provide significant assistance during mounting challenging types of tyres, such as run-flat, reinforced sidewalls, or low-profile tyres.
