Description

Basic wheel mounting machine with a swivel mounting column. The machine has many accessories that make the job easier and save the customer a lot of extra expenses. Accessories include: edge protector, rim protector, mounting head protector, brush, tire mounting paste, etc.

An ideal choice for small-volume workshops, home users and, as a supplement, car repair shops.

Tire fitting machine description

1. Unscrew and remove the valve from the tire, completely deflate it.
2. The air-operated pressure lever on the side of the tire changing machine separates the tire from the rim by pressing it in. Repeat the process by rotating the wheel until the tire is completely separated from the rim.
3. The included plastic edge protector on the pressure lever is used to prevent damage to more sensitive alloy wheels.
4. The accessories include a brush and tire fitting paste, which you can use to thoroughly coat both sides of the tire.
5. Hold the rim on the table, either on the outside or inside. It is advisable to use the included plastic nail protector for alloy rims to avoid damaging the rim.
6. The mounting head support column of the tire changing machine can be turned sideways, making it less disruptive when installing the tire.
7. After aligning the mounting head to the rim, we can secure it using a lever located at the top of the mounting column.
8. The 2 plastic accessories on the mounting head are used to protect the rim from scratches.
9. After securing the head, the rubber tire can be lifted onto the mounting head using the included mounting iron.
10. By snapping the included rim protector onto the rim, you can prevent scratches caused by the mounting iron on more sensitive alloy rims.
11. Remove the tire from the rim by rotating the table.
12. Repeat the process on the inside of the rim, starting from point 7.
