The mobile wireless electro-hydraulic truck & heavy-duty vehicle lift set – 4×8.5T (34T) is a professional heavy-duty lifting system designed for safe and synchronized lifting of trucks, buses and large commercial vehicles.

A standard 4-column configuration provides 34,000kg total lifting capacity, with 8500kg per column. The system is built for workshop environments where precision, safety and reliability are essential.

Maximum structural height – IMPORTANT

⚠️Recommended minimum ceiling height: over 4000mm to ensure safe lifting clearance.

Wireless synchronization system

The columns communicate via a closed industrial radio system, not via standard WiFi.

• No router required

• Minimum 2 columns, maximum 32 columns per system
• Any column can serve as the control column.

Each column is equipped with a displacement sensor transmitting real-time height data.

Automatic deviation control:

• 15–30mm difference → hydraulic correction activated
• 30–60mm difference → extended correction

• 60mm difference → system blocks movement

This guarantees accurate synchronized lifting even under full load.

Safety system

The lift integrates multiple safety layers:

• Relief valve adjustment only by trained personnel
• Use filtered clean hydraulic oil
• Lockout/Tagout required before service
