Description
The MS521 load simulation mechanism is an advanced testing tool designed to work alongside the MS502M test bench and MS561 controller. It enables accurate diagnostics of hydraulic (HPS) and electric (EPS) power steering racks, allowing technicians to detect faults that only appear under load conditions.
By applying adjustable resistance to the steering rack movement—simulating real-world conditions—the MS521 helps identify:
