Jaguar MMA/MIG-MAG/TIG Helmet

The “TW9000” model helmet is composed of a TW521 filter, or the TW602 filter or the TW801 filter; furthermore, it is composed of transparent front internal and external guards.
The helmet was designed to guarantee correct eye protection during welding, as well as providing the maximum performance both in facilitated assembly and the convenience and
quality of use: it guarantees permanent protection against UV and IR radiation and sparks generated during the arc welding process.

• Automatic helmet for professional use suitable for MMA, MIG-MAG and TIG (>5A) welding. Optical class 1/1/1/2. Solar cell operation.
• Wide protection and vision: external darkening adjustment (DIN 4/5 ÷ 9/9÷13). Viewing area 92*42mm. Dual scale of darkening adjustment. In addition to adjusting the sensitivity of the filter according to the welding process, there is also an adjustment of the delay time for switching from the dark to the light state after the arc has been interrupted, depending on the brightness of the workpiece.
• Vision quality for safe work without interruptions: The LCD liquid crystal filter automatically darkens on striking the welding arc and quickly returns to its transparent status when the arc is switched off; eliminating the need to lift and lower the helmet on each work break and thereby allowing the operator to work with hands free.
• “GRIND” mode (grinding): blocks darkening of the mask to carry out protected grinding operations in total safety.
• Comfortable use: light and comfortable, it is fitted with a headgear adjustment system for perfect fit and protection.
