Description

Aluminium profile for agricultural and truck tire vulcanization. The profile is made of aluminium that provides good heat conduction over the entire surface of the heating element and equal temperature distribution in the repair area. Works on the side of the tire for 90 / 80 series truck tires and agricultural tires.

Usage

• The profile is used in professional tire repair. It is designed to guarantee optimal pressure and enlarge the heating surface in the hot vulcanising repair process for agricultural and industrial tires in any area
• This element is an additional accessory designed for thermopresses
• Installation: bottom heater (internal)

Features

• Low mass to volume
• Relatively high mechanical strength
• Corrosion resistance: A spontaneous reaction occurres on the outer layer of the aluminium when it comes into contact with atmospheric oxygen, so the piece is covered with a thin layer of Al₂O₃ oxide, which effectively blocks the access of oxygen to the material inside, becoming a self-contained corrosion protection
