The C01/0289 adapter set is a complementary kit designed to enable precise setting and verification of camshaft timing on Volkswagen Group's 1.0 and 1.6 MPI/TSI petrol engines. This tool must be used in combination with the base timing kit C01/0275.
It supports older-generation engines, including various versions installed in VW, SEAT, and Škoda vehicles between 2011 and 2023. Proper use of this kit ensures timing is performed without any need for OBD system interaction.
