Clear-floor two-post lift, 4.0t, electronic safety-lock release

The Clear-floor two-post lift, 4.0t is a professional-grade hydraulic vehicle lift designed for workshops handling cars, vans, and SUVs. With a lifting capacity of 4000kg, it enables full underbody access for inspection, maintenance, and repair work.

Equipped with asymmetrical swing arms, this lift provides improved access to vehicle doors and interior, making it ideal for frequent service operations. The electronic safety-lock release enhances user convenience, allowing locking and unlocking directly from the control panel.

Thanks to the clear-floor design, there is no obstruction between the two posts, as the hydraulic hose and steel cables are routed through the top overhead crossbar.

A limit switch is integrated into the upper crossbeam and is actuated via a padded contact bar. When the vehicle reaches its maximum height and touches the bar, it pushes it upward, triggering the switch to automatically stop the lift and prevent over-extension.
