Description

With this manual tire changer you can easily handle truck, bus, and tractor wheels ranging from 14" to 26" rim size, with a maximum wheel diameter of 1600mm. If you add the diameter extension adapter (T-56), clamping is possible up to 40". Like smaller tire changers, this model features bidirectional wheel rotation. The hydraulic system is driven by a 400V electric motor, while the control voltage is just 24V for safety. The system requires HM 32 hydraulic oil to operate the cylinders. The bead breaker head is manual on this model, adjustable in three positions for different rim sizes, with adjustable clamping force and is mounted on a hydraulic carriage. Proper wiring is required as the direction of rotation is indicated on the housing. Regular maintenance is essential: keep the clamping arms clean, and perform greasing at the lubrication points as specified. Also monitor oil levels in the transmission unit and the hydraulic reservoir.
