DSG Dual clutch transmission installer and removal tool set

How To Use

1. Insert the locked dual clutch into the mounting sleeve. Install the three extension legs into the appropriate holes and secure them. Tighten the screw and check that the clutch assembly is properly seated.

2. Once correctly positioned, remove the tool and install the retaining ring.

3. Remove the motors on both sides. Use the hex tool to engage with the motor gear and rotate it counterclockwise until it stops. A clicking sound may be heard and the dual clutch will slightly lift. Repeat the same procedure on the other side, turning counterclockwise until it stops.

4. Reinstall the motors. The dual clutch is now unlocked and ready for installation.
