Transmission fluid exchanger

The Transmission fluid exchanger machine with 2×30L tanks and professional adapter kit is a complete professional solution for automatic transmission oil change, flushing and fluid exchange. It is designed for servicing automatic gearboxes, torque converters, transmission oil coolers, radiators and oil pipelines quickly, cleanly and safely.

The system operates on 12V power supply using integrated battery clamps and is driven by a 70W pump, ensuring stable and controlled fluid circulation during both cleaning and oil replacement processes.

Dual tank system with precise level monitoring

The unit is equipped with two separate 30L tanks – one dedicated to new oil and one for used oil. This allows a full dynamic oil exchange without mixing fluids.

External level indicators provide clear visual monitoring from 5L to 30L, enabling precise control during service.

Professional control panel and pressure monitoring

The machine features:

• Dual analog pressure gauges (0–10Bar / 0–150PSI)
• 90PSI warning marking
• Separate Oil Cleaning and New Oil Change control valves
• Central switch control
• Transparent NEW OIL and USED OIL flow tubes
• Oil Out and Oil Return connection ports

The pressure gauges have a 2-3/4" diameter display and include Bar and PSI scales for accurate monitoring.

Integrated oil cleaning and filtration system

• The built-in oil cleaning mode allows flushing of the transmission system before refilling.
• A replaceable oil filter unit with transparent housing ensures filtered and clean operation.
  Filter specification: 4-3/4" length, 3" diameter, 17mm×1.7 thread.
• Maximum supported hose pressure: 20Bar / 300PSI
• Hose length: 2,56m
