The Electric brake and clutch bleeding device with 16 adapter set is a professional portable unit designed for servicing brake and clutch hydraulic systems, including ABS systems. It enables controlled brake fluid replacement under constant pressure with pulsating flow technology to remove even microscopic air bubbles.

The unit is built with a durable steel housing, integrated carry handle and workshop-grade components. It is suitable for stationary and mobile service use.

The pressure gauge has a 0–6 bar measurement range (0–90 psi inner scale), while the recommended working pressure is 0.6–3.0 bar, and the maximum allowed pressure must not exceed 3 bar.

The device can operate via:

Front panel components

• The front panel is clearly structured and designed for intuitive operation. A centrally positioned analogue pressure gauge with dual bar and psi scale provides real-time pressure monitoring. The solid metal adjustment knob below the gauge allows precise regulation of working pressure.
• On the right side, a red illuminated rocker switch functions as the main power control. Below it, a durable metal START button activates the pump once the desired pressure is set. A dedicated fuse holder ensures electrical protection and easy maintenance.
• The lower section includes a clearly printed safety and instruction label indicating operating guidelines and pressure limits.
• Overall, the layout is functional, clearly marked and optimized for professional workshop environments.

Brake fluid is corrosive. Always wear gloves and safety glasses before use. Drain remaining brake fluid after operation. To prevent corrosion of the unit and pipelines, the working pressure must not exceed 3 bar.

Instructions

• Place the suction hose into the new brake fluid container, select the appropriate adapter and connect it to the filling hose.
• Before starting the unit, bleed the system and then connect it to the vehicle reservoir filler opening.
• Connect the recovery bottle to the brake caliper drain valve, switch on the device, set the pressure to 1.5–2.0 bar and continue until fluid replacement is completed.
• If the brake or clutch pedal feels soft or has excessive travel after replacement, repeat the bleeding process after pumping the pedal several times.
