PCP 28 LCD spot welder, 400V

Spot welding is a type of resistance welding, where mechanical and electrical forces are applied to metals during the welding process. In this method, two electrodes clamp the metal pieces together and then a current is passed through them after they are connected. This current and the high pressure applied create reinforced bonds between the metals in a relatively small area by transferring electrical energy.

• Possibility of working in EASY or EXPERT mode. Up to 20 customisable spot welding programs.
• Adjustment of the spot welding current (%), spot welding time (cycles), pressure and speed of electrodes closure and air flow adjustment for slowing arms closure. Choice of various spot welding cycle parameters.
• Requires water cooling of electrodes and arms.
