TIG/MMA Tecnica 190 DC Lift inverter welding machine, VRD + carry case

These welding machines are a power source for arc welding operations, custom-built for TIG (DC) LIFT and MMA welding of coated electrodes (rutile, acid, basic). The high level of speed and calibration accuracy are particular aspects of this welding machine (INVERTER) and guarantee top quality welding. The inverter regulating system at the feeder line input zone (primary) also determines a marked drop in volumes related to the transformer and levelling reactance which makes it possible to build an extremely low volume, lightweight welding machine, making handling and transportation much easier.

The Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) is used to decrease the output voltage to a safe level when the welding machine is on but not in welding conditions. This grants the operator's safety: he can come into contact with the electrode without risks, until welding operations are resumed. (for use in damp environment such as mines or shipyards, etc.).
