Portable scissor lift, 2.7t, 230V

The STD-6227 mobile hydraulic scissor car lift is designed for inspection, maintenance and repair of passenger cars. The lift features a compact hydraulic scissor structure that provides stable lifting while taking up minimal workshop space.

The unit does not require floor anchoring or an inspection pit—it can be placed directly on the workshop floor. This makes it ideal for workshops where mobility and flexible positioning are important.

Lifting is provided by a hydraulic cylinder and an electric-motor-driven hydraulic pump. The vehicle is supported by adjustable lift arms and rubber lift pad adapters, ensuring a secure contact with the vehicle’s lifting points.

Safe operation is ensured by mechanical safety locks and hydraulic pressure control.

Control system

The lift is supplied with a separate mobile control column that houses the hydraulic power unit and the control electronics.

The lift only rises while the UP button is pressed, allowing precise control of the desired lifting height.

Lowering the lift

Before lowering, raise the lift slightly by pressing the UP button to take the load off the lock, then follow the process below to lower it using the two-stage safety system.

1. Releasing the safety lock

The mechanical lock can be released by pressing the cable-operated lever located on the control column.

2. Hydraulic lowering

After releasing the lock, the lift can be lowered gradually using the lowering lever on the control column.

This system provides safe and controlled lowering.

Rubber lift pad adapter sets

The product includes 3 rubber lift pad adapter sets with different heights. All sets can be slid easily horizontally. After finding the correct position, they can be secured simply by tightening the two Allen screws on the side.

Hydraulic power unit

Lift operation is provided by a separate hydraulic power unit located on the mobile control column. The unit includes the electric motor, hydraulic pump, oil reservoir and control system.

The hydraulic system ensures smooth lifting and controlled lowering, while the mechanical safety locks securely hold the lift during work.

Installation, commissioning, lift inspection requirements and operator responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulation (47/1999. (VIII. 4.) GM Decree on the issuance of the Lift Safety Code). Failure to comply may result in loss of warranty.
