There are 3 hoses of different colors in the air conditioner filling kit, a blue hose for low pressure, a red hose for high pressure and a yellow hose for filling. The exact connection point can be easily identified by the color of the hose. The two quick connectors of the air conditioner charger are of different sizes, so they can only be connected to the right place in the engine compartment, and they also follow the color of the hose. Starting from the car compressor, you have to find the two connection points. The pressure values can be read from the connected instrument with an accuracy of +/- 2%, so the system error can be determined. When the system is working, the pressure values can be checked between 0-24 bar on the low side and 0-34 bar on the high pressure side. The air conditioning charger must be connected to the vacuum compressor via the yellow hose. The vacuum is also suitable for testing the tightness of the system. Oil can also be added to the system through the yellow hose. The leak detection UV additive must be added directly to the system on the low pressure side. Leaks can be found with the help of a UV lamp, and then care must be taken to repair them. The air conditioner can be charged using an adapter with a plug included in the kit. R-134A air conditioning gas must be connected to the yellow hose using the adapter. Use a scale to dose the exact amount, always add the required amount of gas to the system. The charging status can be checked on the meter on the air conditioner charger, equipped with two shut-off valves, which can be used to regulate the use of the air conditioner charger. Can be hung e.g. to the bottom of the hood, so it's easy to use.
