It is possible to break between the hex head and the threaded part, but only the electrode breaks into it. You have to select the driver in the glow plug nest and then secure it with the thread on it. Then drill and form a run in the broken electrode. Thread the appropriate threaded taper and pull out the broken electrode with the pull head.
