Pneumatic tire spreader

Description

The spreader is a professional tire repair station. It enables you to fix the tire firmly and spread its sides for convenient access to the damaged area. Simply position the tire between the rollers, set up the spreader hooks and activate the spreader mechanism. The sides of the tire will be spread by the built-in pneumatic actuator. The spread is controlled with two pedals: up and down. Moving the actuator up spreads the tire, while moving it down releases the tire. The spread range is infinitely adjustable with the control pedals. The placement of spreader hooks can be adjusted to suit the width of the tire. The hook supports allow them to be set in four positions and locked with a pin and nut. A halogen lamp on a flexible rod, attached to the body of the spreader, ensures proper illumination of the repair area. The lamp is powered with 220V mains voltage. A convenient tool shelf ensures that the necessary tools and repair materials are always at hand. The device is powered by compressed air with a working pressure of 6 – 8bar. The spreader is equipped with a power socket which allows you to connect a pneumatic tool (e.g. grinder). The spreader is equipped with an air preparation system (dehumidifier and oil dispenser).
