Description

Uncoated lead adhesive wheel weight in matt grey colour for alloy wheels of lorries. The elegant square wheel weights adapt perfectly to the wheel, guaranteeing precise balancing of alloy wheels. The wheel weights come with a blue protective tape, which protects the adhesive tape from dirt. The wheel weight may be used as a replacement for the Hofmann 551-5 model. The wheel weight is made of lead, a material that is resistant to corrosion and other atmospheric factors and which retains its natural colour for a long time. The strong adhesive tape guarantees a permanent and stable mounting of the wheel weight on the rim. The wheel weight is mounted on the wheel using double-sided black adhesive tape. The use of this type of wheel weight eliminates the risk of damaging the alloy wheel.

Usage

Thoroughly clean and dry the application surface before proceeding. In order to not damage the rims, suitable preparations and tools should be used for cleaning. The choice of wheel weight should be based on the indication of the balancer. Adhere the wheel weight to the point indicated on the rim. Before mounting the wheel weight, remove its protective tape. Remember not to touch the black adhesive tape after removing the protective tape. After application, make sure the wheel weight is parallel to the edge of the rim. Press the wheel weight and then press down from the centre to the left and right edges.
