Hose clamp plier 45° angled flat pipe clamp pliers for car's water, fuel, coolant pipes. Features a locking mechanism that holds the clamp in position. Securely holds ring-style and corbin clamps during removal or installation. The tips can be rotated allowing easy access to the clamps from all angles. Rust and corrosion resistant steel. Works on all flat band style pipe clamps.
