About this product
Movable system for capacitor discharge stud welding with ignition tip strike. The machine was designed and implemented for the welding of iron and non-iron studs, onto untreated or non-oxidised surfaces in steel, stainless steel, brass and, in particular, aluminium; or in specific processing for body shops and in sectors using similar works.
Description
Main features
- Generator for capacitor discharge welding of pins with a 3 to 8 mm diameter and other accessories, with tip strike.
- With gun, earth cable with M4 pins.
- It enables welding of pins on non-treated or non-oxidised surfaces in steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, brass and, in particular, aluminium.
- The short welding process reduces to a minimum the thermal alterations on the part.
- Automatic 115-230V voltage change.
