Professional ultrasonic cleaner 28kHz

Separate setting of the timer between 1-99 minutes, automatic switch-off and temperature setting up to 80°C. The big difference lies in the frequency of cleaning, 28kHz has a much stronger effect on objects, thus ensuring the best possible cleaning. It can be used especially for hard and strong materials such as medical equipment, engine parts, steel and iron materials, easily cleaned with 600 W power.

The 28 kHz ultrasonic frequency ensures thorough and powerful cleaning, which is optimal for large, flat surfaces. It has a stronger cleaning effect - it creates bigger bubbles with more power.

The 600 W ultrasonic power provides sufficiently strong bubbles to thoroughly and quickly clean the various objects in the ultrasonic cleaner.

This ultrasonic cleaner model has a 1mm stainless steel (SUS 304) tank, which ensures a long service life for ultrasonic cleaners. The seamless tank and housing prevent water leakage.

The transducers are attached to the bottom of the tank by screwing up welded threads and gluing them, so they form a homogeneous whole with the tank. This technology enables continuous cavitation and the long life of the ultrasonic cleaner.

The cleaners are equipped with industrial transducers, max. 60 W power and 28 kHz frequency, which ensures the strong power of the ultrasound effect. The ultrasonic transducers are activated by the driver inside the unit, which allows the cleaners to operate with a stable ultrasonic effect and safety.

The ultrasonic tank heater uses MCH heating elements with a heating power of 100 W. There is a minor difference between the real water temperature and the panel display, which is in the range of ±1°C.

Warnings

• It is forbidden to use the ultrasonic cleaner without liquid. It is dangerous and will damage your device.
• When heating a liquid, always turn on the ultrasound so that the temperature of the liquid is evenly distributed
• The actual volume of the tank may be less than 28 liters
• Pour liquid 2 cm below the flange with the objects inside
• Do not throw objects into the tank or hit the device
• Cleaning agents must be placed in the cleaning basket to protect the ultrasonic machine
• The ultrasonic cleaner must cool down for 30 minutes after 240 minutes of ultrasonic cleaning
• The ultrasonic operation releases a certain amount of energy, which heats the liquid in the tank
