Description

DHI-44F/45F INDUCTION HEATERS are portable, water-cooled induction heaters with a two-metre induction burner designed for heating of ferromagnetic and conductive materials with optional replaceable extenders for focus and round induction coils. Its compact and lightweight design, power output and ease of use make it the ideal equipment for manufacturing and repair shops. It replaces open flame in the repair and light industry, allowing machine implementation in automated operations.

Use

• Heating of metal sheets, sections, tubes and round metal, frame structures for straightening, forming, bending, pressing, surface hardening, defrosting and forging.
• Facilitates removal of rusty bolts and old parts, heating of exhaust pipelines, bolts, nuts and bearings.
• Low costs, no need to train operating staff in working with oxyacetylene and Propane-butane torches.
• The device is ready for use in automated operations.
