About this product
Portable induction heater that allows fast release of bolts, nuts, gears, joints and screws. It is particularly useful for applications in bodyshops, garages, farming, maintenance, metal machining, etc. By adjusting power, heat is transferred to the part to be unlocked in a localised and precise manner. Supplied with Twister 10V M8/M10 and 14V M12/ M14 accessories.
Description
Mobile system for localised induction heating of metal joints in steel specific to vehicles and farm machinery. The system can also be used for mechanical maintenance to disconnect metal parts joined together using hinges or bolts. The machine is used for surface heating and heating to high temperatures of nuts in rusty bolts, rusty hinges on doors and screwed metal joints: by doing so, thermal expansion and unsticking of the rust is obtained to release the joint.
