Flanging and Punch tool

Description

A dual function tool for vehide body and sheet metal repairs that involve joining pieces together. Forms a shallow stepped edge so that an adjacent overlapping sheet sits flush. The other side punches a dean hole ideal for spot welding.

Specifications

• The crimping pliers are suitable for making 10mm flanges
• Creates an even rim with no bumps or dents

Use

• The area to be removed must be cut from the disc to be repaired. Draw a circle and cut it out.
• Then use the crimping head of the tool and make the flange along the cut.
• Draw a circle around the resulting profile, then cut a plate of the appropriate size.
• The disc contains approx. Make holes in the replacement plate every 20-25mm with the punch head.
• After deburring, place the plate in its exact position and perform spot welding.
• Fill the remaining holes first in the direction of 12, 6, 9 and 3 hours.
• Sand the surface. The surface can then be prepared for painting.
